New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday emphasised the primacy of national interest over party politics, stating that there is "no place for party politics when it comes to the interests of the country."
Speaking during the concluding session of the All India Speakers Conference held at the Delhi Legislative Assembly, the Delhi CM Gupta called on all public representatives to renew their commitment to the oath taken while assuming office, as she highlighted the legacy of Vittalbhai Patel, India's first elected Speaker of the Central Legislative Assembly in 1925.
