Guwahati, April 26 -- Pakistan has a "long and bloody history of betrayal," Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma castigated Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for his anti-India remarks and said "no one can deter India from taking decisive revenge" for the Pahalgam terror attack.
Reaffirming India's stance on national security, Sarma said, "Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will hunt down terror and destroy terror infrastructure wherever it exists in the world. India's national security is non-negotiable."
