New Delhi, Feb. 14 -- The eighth edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Pariksha Pe Charcha, held on Friday, focused on the crucial role that proper eating and sleeping habits play in improving exam performance.

The session featured experts in nutrition and wellness, including author and macrobiotic nutritionist Shonali Sabherwal, nutritionist and wellness expert Rujuta Diwekar, and health and nutrition influencer Revant Himatsingka.

The discussion, moderated by Sharat Bhattatiripad, highlighted how a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle can help manage stress and boost focus during exams.
