New Delhi, Feb. 12 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday paid heartfelt tribute to Arya Samaj founder Swami Dayanand Saraswati on his 202nd birth anniversary, recognising his lifelong dedication to the service of Mother Bharati.
