Chennai, Aug. 9 -- Rajya Sabha MP and actor Kamal Haasan on Saturday applauded the new education policy of Tamil Nadu, stating that it had been formed with the noble intention of ensuring quality education reached students from humble backgrounds, more than the privileged.
