Bhopal, April 4 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has condoled the demise of veteran actor Manoj Kumar and said that it is a huge loss for the film industry and the country.

Speaking to ANI, CM Yadav said, "The demise of film actor Manoj Kumar is a huge loss for the film industry and the country. He was an actor who tried to connect with the roots of the country through various films. He not only constantly tried to bring the right portrayal of martyrs but also contributed in various fields, which include producer and director as well. I express my condolences on his demise. May the almighty give him a place at His lotus feet. The country will never forget his contribution."
