Chennai, Jan. 3 -- Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay on Saturday paid tribute to the legendary warrior queen Rani Velu Nachiyar on her birth anniversary, calling her an "exemplar of social and religious harmony".
