New Delhi, June 26 -- Union Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil on Thursday highlighted India's rapid economic progress and inclusive development over the past 11 years, crediting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership for the transformation across sectors.
Patil said that India has made big progress since 2014, rising from the world's 11th largest economy to the 5th, and is moving towards the 4th position.
He added that the government has worked for all sections of society, including women, youth, and farmers, and highlighted achievements like the success of Chandrayaan and direct help to farmers.
