New Delhi, Oct. 28 -- Benoit Faraco, France's Special Envoy for Climate Negotiations, co-chaired the 8th session of the International Solar Alliance Assembly alongside Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, in New Delhi.
