New Delhi, Aug. 7 -- Bharatiya Janata Party MP Kiran Choudhry has criticised Lok Sabha Leader Rahul Gandhi regarding the "vote theft" allegations directed at the Election Commission of India (ECI).

Choudhry contended that the Congress party consistently loses elections due to nepotism and subsequently resorts to blaming the BJP for its failures.

"Because their (Congress') own people do all the wrong things. Sabotaging is a speciality of the Congress party. As a result of nepotism in their distribution of tickets, they don't win. Then they blame the BJP for it. It is very unfortunate...EC is an independent body, what kind of pressure could this be under?" BJP MP told ANI.
