New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Claiming that the Congress party has made an "ornament out of politics of allegations" after party leader Rahul Gandhi alleged a systematic effort to disenfranchise voters, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Anurag Thakur said on Thursday that it has become a "habit" of the opposition to continually make such allegations and then apologise after.
