New Delhi, July 4 -- Following the meeting of representatives of political party with the Election Commission of India, Congress leader Pawan Khera on Friday claimed that the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar has stated to the delegation that a "20 per cent exclusion" is likely to happen after the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar.

Speaking to ANI, Khera said, "Gyanesh Kumar clearly stated to the delegation that we believe a 20% exclusion is likely to happen. When they intend to exclude, what can we do?
