Lucknow, June 15 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday welcomed Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah to Lucknow, calling it the land of "culture, traditions and literature."
Shah is in the city to distribute appointment letters to 60,244 candidates selected in the largest-ever police recruitment exam conducted by the world's largest police force, UP Police.
In a post on X, CM Yogi wrote,"Hearty welcome and greetings to the Honourable Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri @AmitShah ji on the creative land of Lucknow, the place of culture, traditions and literature!"
