Jayapura, Papua, July 24 -- The Jayapura Immigration Office recorded around one thousand Papua New Guinea (PNG) citizens arriving and departing at the Skouw-integrated border post (PLBN) each Tuesday to purchase goods at lower prices during Skouw's market day.
