Jakarta, Jan. 11 -- President Prabowo Subianto received the visit of Prime Minister of Japan, Shigeru Ishiba, at the Bogor Palace, Bogor, West Java, on Saturday.

The prime minister and his entourage arrived at the palace at 10 a.m. Western Indonesia Time (WIB) after paying a visit to the Main National Heroes Cemetery in Jakarta.

Upon his arrival, Prime Minister Ishiba was welcomed by cavalry troops at the palace gate.

President Prabowo and Prime Minister Ishiba, both dressed in gray suits, then followed a welcoming ceremony, with the national anthems of Indonesia and Japan played, accompanied by cannon blasts.
