Jakarta, June 17 -- President Prabowo Subianto departed for Russia's St Petersburg on Monday evening to continue his state visit after completing his agenda in Singapore.

Accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, President Prabowo departed from the Paya Lebar Air Base at 10:45 p.m. local time aboard the presidential aircraft PK-GRD. He will make several stopovers in other countries before arriving in Russia on Wednesday.

Singapore's Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, Singaporean Ambassador to Indonesia Kwok Fook Seng, and Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore Suryo Pratomo were among the officials sending off the presidential entourage at the airbase.
