Jakarta, Feb. 11 -- Indonesia's upstream oil and gas special task force, SKK Migas, has unveiled plans to drill 100 exploration wells and 100 multi-stage fracturing wells in 2026 under its ambitious "Triple 100" program.

"We have set an ambitious target for 2026: 100 exploration wells and 100 multi-stage fracturing wells," SKK Migas Head Djoko Siswanto announced in Jakarta on Wednesday.

To support the initiative, SKK Migas signed a memorandum of understanding with Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara, establishing a framework for strategic collaboration.
