India, Nov. 29 -- Crude oil futures edged lower on MCX as participants trimmed their positions, tracking weak trend at overseas markets amid expectations that OPEC+ members will not deepen production cuts at their upcoming meeting next week. Data from EIA showing US crude inventories rose 1.57 million barrels to 451.95 million barrels last week too added pressure on crude oil prices.

The contract for December delivery was trading at Rs 4165.00, down by 0.31% or Rs 13.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4178.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 30744 lots.
