Manama, April 14 -- The Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) has leased a new premises at United Tower, Bahrain Bay. CBRE are the property managers for the skyscraper, which provides approximately 26,000 sqm of prime commercial space and the 262 key Wyndham Grand Hotel.
