Hyderabad, April 7 -- G Kishan Reddy, Union Minister and President of Telangana's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has extended an invitation to Rahul Gandhi for a debate regarding the Congress election manifesto.

Addressing the media at the party's state headquarters on Sunday, Reddy criticised Gandhi's assertions, claiming that Gandhi seems to speak as if he launched the manifesto in Thukkuguda during the last assembly elections, and as if all promises were fulfilled after coming to power in Telangana.
