Hamirpur (HP), Jan. 29 -- Former Vice Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Skill Development Corporation and BJP State Working Committee member Naveen Sharma said it was the misfortune of Hamirpur that four MLAs from the district are from Congress and one is an independent MLA; he is also an associate MLA of Congress, and the Chief Minister of the state, despite being from Hamirpur, is being given step motherly treatment.
