Hamirpur (HP), March 13 -- Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer Amarjeet Singh said the voter awareness programme 'Sweep' of the Election Commission of India and the cooperation of print and electronic media are also very important in increasing the participation of voters in the election process.
