Shimla, March 16 -- A Day ahead of the scheduled announcement of the Lok Sabha election in the country, the All-India Congress Committee promised to provide five guarantees to empower and ensure gender justice for them in the country.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Mahila Congress president Janeb Chandel announced that, under the leadership of AICC president Malikarjun Khadge and party leader Rahul Gandhi, a new policy for the upliftment and justice of women in the country if INDIA government voted to power in the centre.
Based on the five guarantees, AICC assured to launch a Naya guarantee scheme.
It would provide five types of election manifestos to women for the Lok Sabha election.
