Guntur (Andhra Pradesh), March 16 -- Guntur Range IGP Pala Raju on Saturday said that over 3,900 police personnel are being deployed to provide security for the 'Prajagalam' public meeting to be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and organized by the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance at Chilakaluripet on Sunday.
A trial run of VVIPs convoy was conducted on Saturday at the venue. Guntur Range IGP Pala Raju, accompanied by a large number of police personnel including SPs of Prakasam, Palnadu, Bapatla and Guntur districts inspected the security arrangements. The IGP gave directions to the officials.
