Dharamshala, April 28 -- The Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) has appointed a 15-member team to operate Media War room for upcoming Kangra parliamentary and assembly by-elections at Dharamshala.
Sanjeev Gandhi, Media coordinator for Kangra Parliamentary constituency, said on Sunday that the Media War room is all set to undertake campaign by highlighting the developmental works and schemes of Himachal Pradesh government, in order to strengthen the Congress candidates.
