Patna, Jan. 29 -- A day after formation of the NDA government headed by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the BJP gave no confidence motion notice against the state assembly speaker Awadh Bihari Chaudhary.
Senior BJP leader Nandkishor Yadav submitted the notice before Bihar Legislative Assembly Secretary on Monday stating that the lower house has no confidence in the Speaker.
The no-confidence motion notice has been signed by several legislators including Hindustani Awam Morcha Chief Jitan Ram Manjhi, former Deputy Chief Minister and BJP MLA Tarkishore Prasad, Ratnesh Sada of JDU and several others.
