Hyderabad, Feb. 14 -- Union Minister and BJP Telangana President G Kishan Reddy on Wednesday declared Aleti Maheswara Reddy as the floor leader of the BJP in the Telangana Legislative Assembly.
In a statement, Reddy also announced the party's leadership team, including Payal Shankar as Deputy Floor Leader, Palwai Harish Babu as Chief Whip, Dhan Pal Suryanarayana as Whip, Paidi Rakesh Reddy as Treasurer, and Rama Rao Patil as Office Secretary.
With the BJP securing 8 seats in the previous assembly elections, AVN Reddy MLC was named as the Floor Leader of the BJP Legislative Party in the Council, according to Reddy's announcement.
