Itanagar, March 16 -- Welcoming the announcement of the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls schedule by the ECI on Saturday, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Pema Khandu said that it will be a great opportunity for citizens to actively engage in shaping the nation's future.
He stated that elections underscore the essence of democratic principles, where every individual's voice holds significance in the collective decision-making process.
Arunachal Pradesh, which has 60 Assembly constituencies and two Parliamentary seats, is going to vote on April 19 and results will be declared on June 4.
