DHAKA, March 28 -- All development partners should come to a single platform aiming to prevent resource fragmentation, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Saber Hossain Chowdhury said on Thursday.

"To maximise resource utilisation, duplication and overlapping should be minimised. With numerous challenges and existential threats posed by climate change, securing resources, both financial and for capacity building, is essential," the minister was speaking at a workshop titled 'the Country Environmental Analysis for Bangladesh: Building Back a Greener Bangladesh' held at a hotel in Dhaka.
