Dhaka, April 17 -- Bashundhara Kings stormed into the semi-finals of the Federation Cup Football after defeating Rahmatganj MFS by two goals to nil in their quarter-final match at the Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani Stadium in Gopalganj on Tuesday.

Bashundhara led the first half 1-0.

Sohel Rana Sr of Bashundhara Kings put his team ahead by a forceful shot using a pass from his Brazilian teammate Robinho in the 25th minute of the play.

After the lemon-break, Bashundhara's Nigerian recruit Mfon Udoh doubled the margin by a spectacular shot in the 62nd minute of the match. Mfon got the ball on his way from a through pass of his teammate Robinho.

Rahmatganj got the first chance in the third minute of the match.
