Dhaka, April 23 -- A person named Mohammad Akhtar (49) forged the signature of Chittagong Deputy Commissioner and produced 'unmarried certificate'. He was arrested while extending the period of that charter. On Thursday (April 18) he was arrested at the office of the Deputy Commissioner and handed over to the Kotwali Police Station, sccording to police sources, Chittagong Deputy Commissioner's Staff Officer, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Md. Al Amin Hossain confirmed the news.
