New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- Delhi Chief Minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, for the sixth time, skipped the Enforcement Directorate's summons that asked him to appear before it for an enquiry in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy case.

Terming the summons as "illegal", the AAP said the ED should wait for the court's decision instead of serving the summons on Kejriwal. The agency had earlier this month approached a city court after the Delhi Chief Minister defied its five summonses.

Later, informing the media at the Delhi Assembly, Kejriwal said, "We are replying (to the ED) as per the law. Now, the ED has filed a case in the court and they should wait for the decision of the court before issuing any fresh summons," he said.
