Aligarh, April 29 -- An FIR has been registered against Yogesh Gautam and his wife on behalf of the Inspector of Bannadevi police station for making video of the EVM and making it viral. According to this case, they went to the Indian Public School center in Sarsaul and casted their vote on EVM and made a video of it.
After this, they made that video viral by posting it on his Facebook ID.
Despite the Election Commission's ban on taking photos and videos of EVMs during voting, people are not agreeing to do so. Incidents of taking such photos and making videos have also taken place in Aligarh city.
