ED, CBI, IT department being misused, says Rahul

Mumbai, March 18 -- In a stinging attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Sunday that Modi "can't win elections without EVMs" and that the latter was misusing central agencies like the ED, CBI and Income Tax department.

Addressing a mega rally of the INDIA bloc at the Shivaji Park at Dadar in north-central Mumbai, Rahul tore into the Prime Minister by saying: " We are fighting against one power...Raja ki aatma EVM's mein hai..Raja ki aatma har sansthan mein hai.. Raja ki aatma ED mein hai..Raja ki aatma CBI mein hai.. Raja ki aatma IT mein hai".
