BHOPAL, April 6 -- The election manifesto released by Congress named Nyay-Patra is Congress' 'Nyaya-Patra', it is a guarantee of injustice and not justice. The unjust Congress has no right to issue warrants. Congress's manifesto means insecure women, unemployment, debt burden on farmers, forced and helpless labourers, discrimination and exploitation of the underprivileged and dictatorship and sham democracy.
