DEHRADUN, Feb. 11 -- A five-day training programme on bakery products and industry promotion in collaboration with Uttarakhand Livelihood Mission commenced at Patanjali Training Centre in Samriddh Gram in Haridwar on Saturday. Inaugurating the programme, the additional secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Charanjit Singh said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been repeatedly stressing on the overall uplift and livelihood enhancement of women through activities of self-help groups. He also appreciated the efforts made by Patanjali in this direction, hailing the Patanjali model as ideal for business promotion and livelihood improvement
