T20 World Cup 2024: Former India captain accuses BCCI of 'favouritism' in team selection
Bhubaneswar, May 2 -- BCCI has already selected the 15-member Indian squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup to be played in the West Indies and USA. Some reserve players have also been announced.
However, former India captain and legendry cricketer Krishnamachari Srikkanth lashed out at the BCCI for their questionable decision. The former aggressive batter pointed out Shubman Gill's (who is in the reserve players list) poor form and also accused the selection committee of 'favoritism'.
