Imphal, May 4 -- During a graduation ceremony held at the Manipur government-run Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, (JNIMS) Imphal, a total of 150 students from the 2018-19 batches were conferred with degrees as well as medals on Saturday (May 4).

Vice Chancellor of the Manipur University Prof N Lokendro who was the chief guest of the function distributed the certificates, awards, and medals to the students.

Of these graduated medical students, 100 students belong to the MBBS and 50 BDS.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest said that the service to humanity should be the top priority for medical professionals.
