Kathmandu, March 26 -- Guilherme Canela is Chief of the Freedom of Expression and Safety of Journalists Section of UNESCO in Paris. He recently visited Nepal to discuss freedom of expression in the digital media. Nepali Times spoke to him about new challenges to free media. Excerpts:
