CHANDIGARH, Feb. 13 -- AAM Aadmi Party's (AAP) Budhlada MLA Principal Budhram accused the Capt Amarinder Singh-led Congress in the State of bringing the education system to a screeching halt. Making a point in the ongoing Budget session here on Wednesday, Budhram said that the state government was playing with a vast majority of students' careers by experimenting new ideas to bring in change in the beleaguered education system.
