KATHMANDU, Feb. 16 -- The House of Representatives, International Relations Committee has directed the government to take initiatives for addressing the demands and the issues raised by the former British Gurkha Army soldiers for justice and equality.

A meeting of the committee on Friday gave the responsibility to present a report with revisions on the problems faced by the ex-British Gurkha Army soldiers to the committee members Bhim Bahadur Rawal, Deepak Prakash Bhatta and Divya Mani Rajbhandari.
