Ralegan-Siddhi in western Maharashtra, following his six-hour-long marathon with Maharashtra chief Devendra Fadnavis and others.

During his meeting with Hazare, Fadnavis - who was accompanied by Union Agriculture Minister Radhe Mohan and Union Minister of State for Defence Subhash Bhamre - assured the fasting Gandhian that the Centre would take necessary steps regarding the appointment of Lokpal based on the Supreme Court's directions and that he would convene a meeting February 16 to discuss and decide on the issue of appointing a new Lokayukta in the State.
