New Delhi, Oct. 10 -- Every year, October 10 is observed as World Mental Health Day to encourage conversations around mental health issues, and this evening, held in Delhi, was in keeping with the same intention.

Organised on Friday, with fairy lights and a cool breeze making the setting, it was the launch of the non-fiction book, Borderline, by author Shabri Prasad Singh. "I was suffering from borderline personality disorder and for 10 years, I did not do anything apart from being in depression. This book draws inspiration from my own life," said Shabri, sharing with a rapt audience the tales of her battle with the disorder.
