Thomas Cook India penalised for deducting cancellation charges
Chandigarh, Feb. 17 -- Thomas Cook India has been penalised for deducting cancellation charges after the visa to a country was rejected. The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chandigarh, has directed the travel firm to refund over 33,000 in two separate complaints and also provide a compensation of 12,000 each to both the complainants....
