Kathmandu, Feb. 16 -- Nepal's wait for a first ever silverware in the women's football continued on Friday after a 3-1 defeat against Myanmar in the Hero Women's Cup football tournament final at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, India, on Friday.

Yee Yee Oo struck twice and Win Theingi Tun added the another for Myanmar, while Manjali Kumari Yonjan replied for Nepal. Nepali women's team have never won a title since entering the international arena in 1986 through AFC Women's Championship. They failed to clinch the SAFF Women's Championship thrice, losing in the finals of the biannual tournament in 2010, 2012 and 2014.
