UP polls: Campaigning for fourth phase ends; Rahul-Akhilesh, Shah hold road shows on last day

New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- High voltage campaigning in elections for 53 assembly seats from 12 districts of Uttar Pradesh, which will go to polls in the fourth phase on February 23, ended on Tuesday evening.

With electioneering nearing to an end in seven-phased UP polls, the campaign in fourth phase was marked by offensive personal jibes.
