Capacity building program for Sri Lankan civil servants commences in India
COLOMBO, Feb. 27 -- Forty senior civil servants from Sri Lanka are participating in a two-week-long capacity-building program that got underway in Mussoorie, India on Tuesday (27).
Organized by the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG), the program, scheduled to continue till March 8, is being held under the rubric of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Program (ITEC) of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
