JAMMU, Feb. 15 -- Kavinder Gupta, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister has asserted that Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed unprecedented developmental transformation since Narendra Modi assumed the charge of Union Govt as the Prime Minister in 2014.
He expressed this in his address during a meeting of party workers in connection with upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
