Jammu, April 25 -- As the world prepares to celebrate World Red Cross Day on May 8th, the Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu and Kashmir, has embarked on a proactive mission to engage and uplift various segments of society, under the guidance of Sh. Manoj Sinha, Hon'ble Lt. Governor and Hon'ble President of IRCS, J&K, and the supervision of Sh. Rohit Khajuria, General Secretary of IRCS, J&K-UT.
