JAMMU, March 18 -- A one-day Saral Manak Sanskrit Workshop was organized on Monday under the joint aegis of Central Sanskrit University, Shri Ranbir Campus, Jammu; Government Women's College, Parade Ground, Jammu; and Indian Language Committee, Ministry of Education. Speaking as the keynote speaker on this occasion, Sangathan Mantri of Sanskrit Bharati, Rishi Kumar said that the effort to present Sanskrit to the common people in a simple form is commendable by the Government of India. Such workshops are required to bring Sanskrit into public practice.
